Reviews
The level is outstanding. But DO NOT be surprised on the price. This is where the 10% go to have a tea. Think Starbucks but with diamonds.
you can eat japanese traditional soft snack. e.g. yohkan, kuzukiri, monaka. it's great quality and taste. please try it!
A nice local ramen shop with a lot of options and a picture menu. The spicy ramen I ordered wasn't particularly spicy (how I like it) but the sides were delicious!
I came to buy a year-end gift, but there was a cafe attached so I took a break.
There is a large space including the sales floor, and although there are some people shopping nearby, the space is not large enough to be a concern.
I tried the matcha anmitsu and the shiruko, and the flavor of the red beans was nice and the taste was great.
Well, the price is quite high, so the cost performance is reasonable.
Matcha glacé was fragrant on its own, and I enjoyed it twice when I added white sugar syrup.
I went as a family with two young children. At the reception desk, I asked for a table seat because I had an infant, but I was told that there would be no table seats available for the time being, so I was given a counter seat.
However, a table seat became vacant within about 5 minutes, so I asked if I could move because I have a toddler, but I was told that it was not possible because the manual does not allow for seat changes, even though there was no waiting list. I have been told.
Repeatedly, I asked for a table because I had a toddler, but they refused and told me to go home.
I was then asked to check with the store manager, and I was left alone for several minutes, and when I checked, I was told that the store manager was serving customers. The store manager took a quick look at us in the sales floor, didn't say anything, and even when other employees called out to us, he just kept packing and never came. I was treated like this, so I just went home.
People often say they bring Toraya to apologize when something goes wrong, but I can't help but laugh at myself for using such a company. I have never experienced such poor service at a restaurant before. I used to use Toraya often, but I will not use them again in the future, since I learned about Toraya's corporate culture, which makes such a response a manual and hires such a person as a store manager. I don't want to give even one star.
I was surprised at how impressive the store looks! !
The entrance was very large and luxurious.
There are plenty of parking lots available
I also appreciate the access.
I visited around 3pm on a holiday.
I was using the cafe.
I was able to get in right away without lining up.
Some people buy take-out souvenirs.
There were a lot.
Approximately 60% of the space is devoted to displaying products for souvenirs.
The remaining 40% was cafe space.
The cafe space is made of glass.
When you look outside, you can see the green nature
It was now viewable.
It has a very Japanese and nice atmosphere.
This time, I came here because I wanted to eat shaved ice, so I immediately ordered the shaved ice I was looking for.
★Uji Mizore small size 1320 yen
There are two types of shaved ice: Mizore and Kintoki.
Kintoki is made with Ogura-an, and Mizore is made with Shiro-Ogura-an.
There are regular size and small size.
Thank you very much.
Shaved ice arrived within 5-6 minutes after ordering! !
Covered with plenty of matcha syrup
It was delicious with crunchy ice.
The bean paste is spread at the bottom.
It was like eating a little bit with ice towards the end.
It's delicious even without the bean paste.
Because it's Toraya-san.
The point is that Anne is included.
The size was just right and reasonably priced.
Thank you for the meal!
A very pretty Japanese dessert place with very pretty if a bit expensive food. Very interesting. Has an English menu to help which i needed. They do not speak English so food was ordered with lots of finger pointing and charades. But a very nice experience.
Despite the store's high-class appearance, all the customers didn't even bother lining up, and even though there were four employees, they didn't bother to serve customers properly.
The food is a specialty restaurant and has a decent taste, but I was fed up with the poor service and atmosphere.
